I had a rhinoplasty the 26th of November with Dr. Lam. I originally Googled him and was impressed with how much information about him there was about him versus other surgeons. He has videos on YouTube, reviews on Yelp and he’s all over Facebook. He’s an amazing surgeon. His staff is kind, caring and they kind of treat you like family. I’m ecstatic with the results and I couldn’t be any happier. Everything went better than I expected. I thought I was going to be in a lot of pain, but I really didn’t have a lot of pain at all. The cast was a little uncomfortable, but that was about it. I definitely recommend him. He’s such a knowledgeable and wonderful doctor and he really cares about his patients. I’m just really happy.

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Lam on November 26th, the day right before Thanksgiving. I don’t know if anything specific really inspired me, I’ve always wanted to have my nose done. I found Dr. Lam office by accident. I called and made an appointment for consultation. His staffs are so nice and professional. The office is so beautiful and clean. I felt immediately this is the place where I needed to get my procedure done. From the day I made an appointment to the post-surgery, everything was going so smooth and pain free. Also, I can contact my nurse, Amanda F., via email if I have any questions and she always reply within 24 hours. I would recommend anyone who considers to have procedures done to look no further. This is the place for you to look pretty and get your every penny worth.

After much research, I chose Dr. Lam for a revision rhinoplasty, as I had a rhinoplasty 7 years ago with less than desirable results-a cartilage graft had migrated to the tip of my nose, giving it a pointy appearance. I used to be very self-conscious of my nose and I would try all types of make-up tricks to hide the pointy tip, to no avail. Now, nearly a year out from my procedure, I can honestly say that I love my nose. It has both a natural and symmetrical appearance. Not only does it look better, but it also functions better. I used to have trouble breathing out of my left nostril, but he opened up the airway as part of the rhinoplasty. Overall, I am very pleased with the result and I highly recommend Dr. Lam to anyone considering a rhinoplasty.

Not only the surgery went smoothly on the day of the operation, my recovery was easy where i did not feel any pain in my nose and surrounding areas. The unveiling of the new nose (1 week post surgery) was extremely satisfying, my nose looks better than I expected. I am so glad I came to Dr Lam for this procedure. I had a septo-rhinoplasty procedure done by Dr. Lam back in May. Dr. Lam reduced the nasal hump, refined the tip, and straightened my septum. I am amazed at the results. As well, my breathing has noticeably improved. The recovery was surprisingly painless with minimal bruising and the swelling was greatly reduced in a few weeks. Additionally, Dr. Lam’s staff is absolutely amazing and were very helpful throughout the whole preparation process.

Dr. Lam is an angel, he helped me in a situation that I thought less of myself because of my nose. I am a survivor of domestic abuse and my nose was broken by my abuser. No doctors in the UK wanted to touch my nose in fear that it would make it worse. When I arrive back to the US with my daughter I wanted to find out what it would cost to fix my nose so I could save up. Because I could not look in a large mirror on my face to put my makeup on as it would remind me of the pain and memory of my abuse. So I would use a small compact mirror to put my makeup on. When I visited doctor Lam’s office and explained what I was looking for, he gave me the best gift of all he did my surgery at no charge which I wasn’t expecting and I thank him for that with all my heart. After my surgery I could look in the mirror and I could breathe and I thank him for that I love myself I did before but I love myself a little bit more thank you and God bless.

Dr. Lam did my nose on June 2nd. My mom went to him before me. I wanted the rhinoplasty to make myself look better. Dr. Lam is really nice and thorough, plus he has a really nice office. The recovery was easy, no crazy bruises, and after a week, no one could tell I had surgery. I have already recommended Dr. Lam to someone else.

Dr. Lam and his staff are wonderful. They were always professional and polite and made me feel comfortable from start to finish especially nurse Beth! She was so caring and attentive. Dr. Lam is a very skilled artist by changing just a mm on my nose he made the biggest difference. He was also very thorough and detailed about each procedure and how it was gonna be done. I highly recommended Dr. Lam if you’re looking to get anything done, especially when it comes to Asian types of procedures. I will definitely come back to get procedures from him.
